Returns & Exchanges Policy 

We want you to love you purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work to make it right.  Where possible we always encourage our customers to try before they buy.

 

Returns 

  • We happily accept Product Returns/ Exchange Requests. 

  • Please ensure any returned items are in their original condition. 

  • You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. We cannot offer an exchange after this time.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • Returns will be exchanged for an item of same value or a gift card.

 

Exchanges

Please note that due to the nature of our business it will not always be possible to exchange the item for a different size/colour. Solo Mia only buys limited quantities to ensure the “only mine” feel!  An additional postage charge will apply for exchanges.

 

Shipping 

We are not able to refund return postage costs, except where a wrong item is received or the item was damaged on arrival.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
