Pasta al Tonno

Most of my pasta sauces can be made while the pasta is cooking so it’s nice & easy

Spaghetti

Single cream

Chopped tomatoes

Garlic

Tuna

Olive oil

Put a little bit of oil and crushed garlic in a pan, add the tomatoes and tuna, cook for around 10 minutes. When the pasta is nearly done add the cream.

Now, the debate is whether to add Parmesan or not… generally the rule is no cheese & fish! But in my family we love cheese and it goes well with the cream…
